Job summary

Acceler8 Talent is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead a growing HPC & AI infrastructure team in Fremont, CA. This hands-on leadership role will oversee about 5 engineers while staying close to architecture, deployment, benchmarking and performance tuning.

You will work across NVIDIA H200/B200/B300, AMD GPU platforms, Slurm, InfiniBand and cluster software, driving GPU deployment, validation and performance optimization for AI, LLM inference and HPC workloads.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in HPC/GPU infrastructure.
• Hands-on leadership with architectural oversight and mentoring.
• Experience deploying and benchmarking GPU/HPC systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead a growing HPC/GPU infra team of ~5 engineers onsite in Fremont.
• Stay close to architecture, deployment, benchmarking and performance tuning.
• Handle customer escalations and optimize systems across NVIDIA/AMD platforms.
• Collaborate across NVIDIA H200/B200/B300, InfiniBand and cluster software.

I’m hiring an Engineering Manager to lead a growing HPC & AI infrastructure team in Fremont, CA.

This is a hands-on leadership role, initially managing around 5 engineers while staying close to architecture, deployment, benchmarking, performance tuning and customer escalations.

The company builds complete GPU compute and AI infrastructure, from high-performance servers and workstations through to racks, networking, storage and multi-node clusters.

You’ll work across:

• NVIDIA H200 / B200 / B300 / RTX PRO
• AMD GPU platforms
• Slurm, InfiniBand & cluster software
• GPU deployment, validation and performance optimization
• AI, LLM inference and HPC workloads

Looking for someone with strong HPC/GPU infrastructure experience, engineering leadership skills and hands-on familiarity with NVIDIA or AMD systems.

Fremont, CA — 5 days onsite

Base up to ~$180K (flexible)
