Amcor is seeking a Plant Engineering & Maintenance Leader to manage capital projects and coordinate maintenance across the plant. You will drive safety, efficiency, and cost reductions by interfacing with maintenance, manufacturing, contractors, and engineering to improve equipment reliability and process performance.
The role requires a BS in Engineering with 7+ years in engineering/manufacturing and at least 3 years of supervision, plus strong skills in MS Office, MS Project, and AutoCAD.

Manage Engineering and Maintenance resources, equipment and materials to support plant operations by implementing capital projects aimed to advance the manufacturing process by reducing cost, waste and improve efficiency, quality and safety.
Education: BS Engineering required. A minimum of 7 years related Engineering and/or manufacturing experience. A minimum of 3 years of previous supervisory experience. Intermediate to advanced computer skills to include MS Office, Microsoft Project, AutoCAD or equivalents. Industrial mechanical, electrical, pneumatic experience.
