Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5 years of progressive engineering or project experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead Lab Operations projects with cross‑functional teams and external partners.
• Gather requirements, define scope, create schedules, and execution plans.
• Coordinate resources and align with engineering, EHS, and facilities.
• Ensure safety, quality, cost, and schedule commitments.
• Document lessons learned and share best practices.
