The Engineering IPT Lead is responsible for leading technical teams on new product development projects in our Power and Actuation Systems (PAS) Department. This individual will be part of a development team creating creating embedded systems for electrical power systems, and manipulation and control of flight actuation systems and. Activities for this role include requirements definition and management, planning of technical tasks for the team, review designs, integration and testing, release documentation and system validation.
The qualified candidate will have either Mechanical, Electrical, or Software Engineering training and experience. This individual will play a key role on high priority programs and have significant interactions with senior engineers, system engineers, test engineers, program managers, and customers. In addition, this individual will directly manage a team of project engineers. The functional leadership portion of this position is estimated to be 25% of indirect support to project team, with the remaining 75% being utilized as direct support to specific project related tasks.
Pay Range: $133,000 to $165,000 Annually
This position is at our Chaska, MN office location.
