Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in an accredited university pursuing an engineering degree in a relevant field.
• Must have completed at least 3 semesters of college coursework and be eligible for a co-op.
• Must maintain a minimum GPA of 2.5 with full-time student status preferred.
• Co-op registration with the university is required.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a series of semesters, rotating between school and work or sequentially, at Shaw’s engineering projects.
• Collaborate with Shaw engineers on facility projects to apply knowledge and problem‑solving skills.
• Grow technical and professional capabilities, progressing to a full‑time engineering role after graduation.
