Summer internship from June 1st until August 7th

Pay: $23.00-$30.00 based on year in school

100% onsite work in Indianapolis, IN

Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented intern who is currently enrolled in college to join our team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the engineering field while working on impactful projects. The ideal candidate is someone getting a bachelor’s degree in an engineering field.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the planning of some projects within the company.
  • Sourcing and implementation of pre-made buffer. Help complete Visio Library build out of all possible components. Source and implement modular shadow board to be used across multiple processes for PUPSIT/filtration at IMF.
  • Manage project timelines, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Support project managers in coordinating project activities and resources.
  • Participate in team meetings, providing updates on project status and contributing ideas for process improvements.
  • Conduct research and analysis to support ongoing projects and initiatives.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for internal stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (e.g., Engineering).
  • Basic understanding of project management principles and practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
