Job summary

SEACORP invites engineering interns for 2027 to gain hands-on experience at our Middletown, RI campus. Interns will work with software, electrical, and mechanical teams, applying C++ and Java to real submarine-related projects while learning engineering practices and test methodologies in a defense environment.

Applicants must pursue a Bachelor's degree in CS, SE, EE, or ME and submit transcripts; US citizenship and a Secret clearance are required for employment consideration.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in CS, SE, EE, ME or other engineering discipline.
• School engineering project experience is highly desired.
• Must submit academic transcript.

Responsibilities

• Support a multidisciplinary team of Engineers to define, design, and integrate capabilities into complicated military systems.
• Software interns will use C++ and Java to support their software engineers.
• Electrical interns will learn about engineering practices and installation methods.
• Mechanical interns will assist with design and testing of SEACORP projects.
