Job summary

1001 Walt Disney Parks and Resorts U.S., Inc. invites engineering interns to join our Lake Buena Vista campus for a January–June 2027 program.

You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across Quality Engineering, Worldwide Safety & Assurance, and Facility Asset Management to support new attractions and facility enhancements. You will apply coding in Java, Python or C++, contribute to safety standards and system designs, and participate in project management and maintenance initiatives at

Qualifications

• Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Availability to work various shifts as project requires.
• Experience with Java, Python or C++.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and project support for new and existing attractions and facilities.
• Develop global design and safety standards.
• Design and supervise fabrication and testing of enhancements and new designs for ride vehicles and systems.
• Provide software services for ride, show and process control systems.
• Provide construction project management and long-term facility planning for Walt Disney World Resort.
• Deliver maintenance and repair services for operating and support teams.
• Sustain assets and structures to keep properties show-ready.
