Rosendin Electric, Inc. invites motivated students to join our Summer Internship Program in Northern California.

This paid 12-week Engineering internship offers hands-on experience on real projects and exposure to areas such as Project Management, BIM, and Procurement & Supply Chain. You will work with experienced professionals on active projects, gain ownership of meaningful tasks, and receive mentorship across engineering and construction teams.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in a field related to Rosendin's work (e.g., Electrical/Mechanical/Civil Engineering).
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Familiarity with Autodesk AutoCAD/Revit and MS Office; willingness to learn engineering software.

Responsibilities

• Assist engineers with electrical system design activities, including power, lighting, and auxiliary systems.
• Support the preparation and review of drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
• Assist with basic electrical calculations, engineering analyses, and project-related deliverables.
• Participate in project meetings and collaborate with engineering and construction teams.
• Support field visits and site observations to gain exposure to project execution and existing electrical systems.
• Learn and utilize industry software, tools, and engineering best practices while providing administrative and technical support to the engineering team.
