Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently graduated in CS/Engineering or related field.
• Evidence of shipped project or internship with production code.
• Solid software fundamentals: API design, data modeling, failure reasoning, debugging.

Responsibilities

• Own a real project end to end from scoping to deployment.
• Write production-grade code with same review standards as others.
• Ask for help early and be specific about attempts.
• Document work so inheriting engineer can follow reasoning.
