New Grad interns will train with department management and staff to gain hands-on work experience in a FedEx Freight setting in Memphis, TN or Harrison, AR. The program offers real tasks aligned to the intern's field of study and an introduction to the applications used in the department.

Qualified candidates are undergraduate or recent graduates in chemical or mechanical engineering with a 3.0+ GPA. The program emphasizes independence, teamwork, and strong communication skills, with possible

• Enrolled at junior level or above or graduated within last 12 months
• Major in chemical or mechanical engineering; focus on transportation logistics or quantitative discipline
• Cumulative GPA 3.0 or above
• May require coursework related to assigned functional department
• Must be reliable and able to follow through
• Able to complete assignments and problem solve efficiently
• Good organizational and interpersonal skills
• Proficient with Word, Excel and Outlook
