Job summary

HNTB is seeking an intern to assist assigned department(s) and project teams with basic engineering tasks as part of an introductory program. You will support engineers in design, research and documentation, and help prepare drawings under supervision.

The role requires enrollment in an accredited engineering program, basic math and engineering principles, and proficiency with MS Office. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED and current enrollment in an accredited engineering program.
• 2 years of post-secondary engineering progress is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists engineering teams with tasks and duties.
• Assists with research, development and design of projects.
• Assists with preparation of engineering drawings and documents as assigned.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
