• Document design and development procedures in Engineering Standard Work.
• Utilize AI tools to drive process optimization and improve operational efficiency.

The Carrier experience offers interns an environment that provides practical, challenging, and meaningful on-the-job work experience, and the opportunity to apply knowledge and demonstrate strengths in efforts to assist Carrier in achieving its business strategy. You will learn and apply skills in compression technology (centrifugal, reciprocating, rotary, scroll & screw), mechanical design, and thermodynamics.
