Job summary

Qualified candidates are pursuing a 4-year Engineering degree, demonstrate strong quantitative and analytical skills, and show initiative and accountability. US work authorization is required.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a 4-year college pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• Strong desire and motivation to develop a career as a future leader in the engineering function.
• Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Related work or internship experience and results oriented through initiative, ownership, and accountability.
• Applicants must have unrestricted US work authorization (CPT/PT restricted).

Responsibilities

• Design new or evaluate existing products, processes, and/or systems.
• Participate in operational process improvement initiatives impacting KPIs.
• Work on cross-functional project teams with Marketing, Sales, R&D, and Operations.
