Howmet Aerospace Inc. in Brea, CA is seeking a highly motivated Engineering Intern to support Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives on the shop floor.
The role focuses on 5S, process improvement, and collaboration with engineering, quality, and manufacturing teams. You will drive CI actions, work with cross-functional teams to meet department goals, engage hourly staff to identify safety risks, and take direction from engineers to complete projects.
