Job summary

RMF Engineering is seeking an engineering undergraduate for a full-time intern/co-op position. The duration is three semesters aligned with the student’s academic calendar, with progression toward their degree.

Responsibilities include design, field observation, and surveys in Mechanical or Electrical tracks, plus document production in Revit (BIM) or energy modeling in IESVE. Training and advancement opportunities are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled in an engineering degree program at an accredited US college or university
• Satisfactory completion of freshman year with a minimum GPA of 2.8
• Ability to complete the cooperative education program in accordance with their college/university guidelines
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills

Responsibilities

• Design, field observation, and survey activities in Mechanical (HVAC, Fire Protection and Plumbing) or Electrical (Power Systems and Lighting) tracks
• Document production in Revit (BIM) or energy modeling in IESVE
• Opportunity to witness field installations and work alongside senior engineering staff
• Training and potential follow-on internships based on performance and attitude
