  • Support development and documentation of repair processes for turbine, compressor, and combustor components
  • Assist with process improvement initiatives through data collection, analysis, and structured problem‑solving methods
  • Track process metrics and KPIs to support manufacturing and repair process performance
  • Support engineering projects through technical documentation, data gathering, testing, and project coordination activities
  • Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, and operations teams on continuous improvement initiatives
  • Assist with evaluating equipment, tooling, and process design alternatives
  • Help troubleshoot production and process‑related issues while supporting root cause analysis activities
  • Prepare technical reports, procedures, specifications, and presentations
  • Present project findings and recommendations to internal stakeholders
  • Learn and comply with aerospace manufacturing, FAA, quality, safety, and regulatory requirements
What We’re Looking For
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Robotics Engineering, or a related engineering discipline
  • Strong academic standing and available for the duration of the internship
  • Interest in industrial automation, robotics, aerospace manufacturing, and Industry 4.0 technologies
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
Nice to Have
