Job summary

Bosch is seeking an Engineering Intern in Michigan to contribute to AI-powered tool development and to help automate engineering tasks. You will collaborate with electrical, mechanical, and software teams to boost efficiency and quality across programs.

Responsibilities include developing and improving software tools, supporting OEM crash-test data collection, and applying C/C++, Python, and scripting skills. Familiarity with AI platforms like Microsoft Copilot and Google Gemini is a plus.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, with at least one semester completed.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.5.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Able to travel and drive to customer locations as needed.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with programming languages such as C/C++, Python, and/or scripting languages.
• Familiarity with AI platforms and tools, including Microsoft Copilot, Google Gemini.

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve software tools using AI and high-level programming to automate repetitive engineering tasks and enhance efficiency
• Support OEM at the test facility to collect test data during crash testing activities
