Zusammenfassung

Default Brand is seeking an early-career data engineer to gain hands-on experience across data engineering, web application development, and AI/ML in a corporate setting. You will join agile teams to help build ETL/ELT pipelines, ingest and clean data in Data Factory, and integrate with Azure services.

You’ll contribute to dashboards in Power BI, support APIs, and help modernize data workflows while learning cloud, DevOps, and deployment practices in a collaborative environment.

Qualifikationen

• Some college or better in AI, CS, DS or SE.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in agile teams.

• Develop a foundational understanding of data engineering, web application development, and AI/ML engineering in a supply chain and enterprise IT context.
• Assist engineering teams with building and maintaining ETL/ELT pipelines to ingest, clean, transform data from multiple sources into data warehouses & databases (Data Factory, SQL, Fabric).
• Support the development of APIs and integrations to streamline data flow between internal systems and third-party applications.
• Collaborate on front-end and back-end development tasks for web applications that enhance usability, reporting, and operational efficiency.
• Participate in AI/ML projects by collecting and labeling data, testing model outputs, and embedding AI insights into dashboards or workflows.
• Contribute to building dashboards and reports in Power BI to provide business teams with actionable insights.
• Support development best practices such as version control (CI/CD), code reviews, testing, and documentation.
• Engage in agile teams such as work item planning and stand-ups to understand professional delivery cycles & project targets.
• Shadow engineers to learn about system architecture, cloud infrastructure (Azure), and DevOps automation.
• Research emerging technologies (AI agents, automation frameworks, low-code/no-code solutions) and provide recommendations to the engineering team.
