  • Assist with the development of specification documents to support project requirements.
  • Support engineers by gathering equipment information, identifying equipment needs, and requisitioning necessary equipment and supplies.
  • Coordinate with contractors, equipment suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Document equipment installations and update plant layout drawings to maintain an accurate visual representation of the facility
  • Assist Project Engineers with reporting and documentation needed to support project objectives.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally to support maintenance initiatives and operational needs.
  • Provide hands‑on troubleshooting and problem‑solving for issues that arise within the plant.
  • Deliver presentations to corporate business partners and plant leadership.
  • Participate in and lead meetings to support communication, planning, and project execution.

In this role, you'll support production and facility improvement projects while gaining hands‑on experience in project planning, documentation, and execution. You'll work with engineers, contractors, suppliers, and cross‑functional teams to develop technical skills and see projects come to life in a manufacturing environment.

  • You will get the farm to fork experience during this program. You will experience a farm tour, facility tours, and experience the end user products.
  • Networking events where you will meet executives and community leaders.
