General Motors Company in Warren, Michigan is seeking an Engineering Group Manager – General Assembly Execution to lead a team of engineers through manufacturing project delivery from design to production launch onsite.

You will partner with operations, quality and supply chain to meet time, budget and safety standards while driving continuous improvement and strong stakeholder relationships in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering (or related field).
• 7+ years in a manufacturing engineering role.
• 3+ years in a supervisory/management role.
• Proven track record of successful project delivery in manufacturing environments.

This includes overseeing all aspects of project implementation, from initial design and development to final production launch at the assembly site. The Group Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, quality, and supply chain to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
