General Motors is seeking an experienced and people-focused leader to guide our GMNA Fastening Engineering team. In this role, you will lead a team of approximately 12 Fastener Design Release Engineers and Technical Specialists, providing technical direction, prioritizing workload, and ensuring high-quality engineering execution across multiple vehicle architectures and programs from program initiation through Start of Regular Production (SORP).
This is an opportunity to shape fastening strategy early in the vehicle development process, influence cross-functional decisions, and help deliver robust, efficient, and manufacturable designs.
