Job summary

London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG) invites final-year undergraduates or recent masters graduates in CS/CE/Engineering/IT to join a 12‑month graduate programme in New York. Trainees rotate through Engineering, participate in a global induction and bootcamp, and work on group projects aligned with LSEG goals.

You will join Software & Platform Engineering or Reliability Engineering tracks, gaining deep technical and analytical experience with opportunities for a permanent role from day one.

Qualifications

Final-year undergrad or MSc in CS/CE/Engineering/IT with completion by Aug 2027 or class of 2026
Interest in technology and financial markets demonstrated via studies/work/activities
Data-analysis mindset with ability to draw conclusions and propose solutions
Ability to collaborate and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

Work within Software & Platform Engineering to build and improve software and infrastructure across the lifecycle
Support Reliability Engineering to identify risks and maintain performance and resilience
Engage with Engineering teams during recruitment to align skills with business needs
