Neuralink is seeking a Financial Analyst focused on Engineering to support strategic finance functions and manage unit economics for implantable devices. This role requires close collaboration with the engineering teams and managing complex financial models.

The ideal candidate will have a solid finance background coupled with a technical understanding, enabling them to effectively translate technical specifications into financial strategies.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of progressive finance experience, including roles in strategic finance, investment banking or private equity.
• Technical background in engineering either through education and/or work experience prior to transition to finance.
• Hands-on modeling experience, with proficiency in building flawless, streamlined financial models.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to manage unit economics of the N1 implant device.
• Develop and own dynamic cost models for the N1 implant and R1 surgical robot.
• Analyze landed costs and supplier relationships to optimize procurement.
