As a participant, you will rotate through a variety of engineering and operational roles, working alongside experienced professionals on projects that directly impact the business. Rotations are designed to build both technical capability and operational knowledge, preparing participants for long-term engineering careers within ONEOK. Participants commit to a minimum of three years in the program, with rotations typically lasting approximately one year.
