Target is seeking an Engineering & Facilities Maintenance Manager at the Topeka regional distribution center to lead the planning, operation, and upkeep of critical building systems and infrastructure, delivering a safe, reliable, and highly efficient supply chain environment.

You will drive uptime, manage maintenance teams, oversee capital projects, enforce safety standards (LOTO, Arc Flash, PPE), and partner with vendors to optimize reliability using CMMS data and predictive maintenance.

You'll lead preventive and predictive maintenance, oversee capital projects, manage vendors, and coordinate emergency repairs for critical assets. Leveraging accurate metrics, data analysis, and root-cause investigations, you'll drive continuous improvement, reduce downtime, and enhance equipment effectiveness. You'll manage life-cycle planning, contractor quality, and budget performance for both OpEx and CapEx.
