Qualifications

10+ years in aerospace/high-performance hardware design environments.
Experience defining or applying design standards and documentation practices.
Ability to influence senior engineers and drive alignment across teams.

Responsibilities

Establish and own engineering design standards across programs (XBAT, VBAT).
Define and standardize best practices for aerospace design, analysis workflows, and system-level rigor.
Develop standards for CAD usage, drawing quality, and documentation release processes.
Drive configuration management and documentation quality improvements across teams.
