Leidos Inc in Natick, MA seeks an Engineering Drafter / SolidWorks Specialist to convert legacy 2D AutoCAD drawings into detailed 3D SolidWorks models and assemblies. You will ensure accurate BOMs and seamless integration with Windchill PLM.
You will apply ASME Y14.5 GD&T, support CAD data management, and collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and test teams on high‑impact projects for defense applications.

This role supports the U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command – Soldier Center (DEVCOM SC) mission in Natick, MA. It offers the chance to demonstrate CAD expertise, contribute to high‑impact engineering initiatives, and support critical ‘can’t fail’ missions that directly benefit the warfighter.
As a SolidWorks Migration Specialist & CAD Drafter, you will drive the conversion of a legacy 2D AutoCAD drawing library into fully detailed, design‑intent driven 3D SolidWorks models and assemblies. You will ensure models accurately reflect real‑world components, BOMs remain precise and complete, and data integrates seamlessly into our PTC Windchill PLM system.
Pay range: $87,100.00 – $157,450.00. The Pay range is a general guideline only and is not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Compensation considerations include the responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, internal equity, market data, applicable bargaining agreements, and applicable law.
