Job summary

Fluor is seeking an Engineering Manager III to lead engineering execution on medium-sized projects or a defined area of large projects. This role is responsible for the performance of the engineering team and for delivering engineering work on the project, including budget, schedule, and quality.

You will guide the development of the Project Execution Strategy, coordinate interfaces between disciplines, and promote a strong project culture with the Project Manager.

Qualifications

• Accredited four-year degree in engineering and 16 years of related work experience (or equivalent combination).
• Accredited two-year degree with 18 years of experience or 20 years if non-degreed; local variations may apply.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering execution and delivery per project baseline; oversee design activities.
• Coordinate interfaces between engineering disciplines to support execution strategy.
• Set a positive project culture with the Project Manager and Project Director.
• Lead development of the engineering component of Scope of Services and Facilities.
• Lead/support Project Execution Strategy development for all engineering functions.
