Job summary

Structural Integrity Associates, Inc. is seeking an Engineering Analyst to support project managers and senior engineers on analysis and condition assessment of power plant and industrial equipment. You will build models, run finite element analyses, and contribute to life assessments and inspection planning.

Field work at customer sites, reporting, and client presentations are part of the role. You’ll assist in process improvements, automation, and quality enhancements, with travel about 25%

Qualifications

Must have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to technical accuracy.

Responsibilities

Support engineering analysis and condition assessment on mechanical components.
Create solid models and drawings using SolidWorks.
Perform finite element analyses with ANSYS, Abaqus.
Support code calculations, fitness-for-service, and life assessments.
Assist field teams at customer sites and with nondestructive testing.
Prepare technical reports and client presentations.
