Qualifications

At least five years of progressive experience in civil design, construction management and construction inspection.
Extensive knowledge of construction and construction administration for water and wastewater projects.
Working knowledge of hydraulic modeling for water and wastewater systems.

Responsibilities

Assist the Director in management and daily operations of the Engineering & Construction Department.
Lead major capital projects construction administration and coordination.
Coordinate project schedules, bid processes, and contract administration.
Ensure projects comply with local, state, and federal guidelines and permits.
Provide design guidance and develop department technical specifications.
