Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3 years experience in technical support role (Windows, Linux and/or MacOS).
• Experience with IoT devices.

Responsibilities

• Maintain computing infrastructure for the College of Engineering.
• Provide technical support for desktop systems, VDI, IoT devices, and networking.
• Ensure reliable operation and document systems and processes.
• Install, test, code, debug, and manage applications, servers, and infrastructure.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement engineering computing solutions.
