Qualifications

• Currently enrolled full-time in an accredited Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Materials Science, Computer Engineering, etc.)
• Minimum 3.0 GPA
• Graduation date of May 2028 or later
• Must be available to work a minimum of 25 hours each week, year-round.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Demonstrated eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
• Previous internship or project experience is a plus.

Responsibilities
