Fives Landis Ltd in Cincinnati invites applications for an Engineering Co-Op Fall 2026. You will join the AddUp engineering team to learn material testing, design for additive manufacturing, and apply problem-solving skills to real projects.
Applicants should be pursuing a 4-year degree in materials, mechanical, or metallurgical engineering with 1–3 years completed. Coursework in materials and calculus, chemistry, and lab work is expected.

This Co-Op would work with the AddUp engineering team to learn and refine skill sets like material testing/development, design for additive manufacturing, and general problem solving and apply them to real projects that utilize Laser Powder Bed Fusion. They would regularly work on project-specific material characterization as well as a short capstone project in their downtime.
