Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled in a Bachelor of Science in Engineering program and at minimum sophomore status.
• Must complete a minimum of 640 work hours (40 hours/week for 16 weeks).
• Maintain at least a 2.7 GPA.
• Export compliance eligibility to access U.S. controlled technology (ITAR/EAR) and related requirements.

Responsibilities

• Research and analyze processing defect data and suggest solutions.
• Participate on multi-disciplined teams to improve process efficiency.
• Complete independent projects to advance Quality initiatives.
• Perform data analysis to determine process capability and identify trends.
• Review and audit technical documents in an Aerospace Quality Management System.
