Job summary

Essity North America Inc. is seeking an Engineering Co-op to gain hands-on, practical experience across our engineering functions in the United States. You will work with diverse teams on ongoing projects, conduct research, and help create and maintain reports and presentations.

You will shadow experienced professionals, attend meetings, and develop strong writing, time management, and analytical skills in a collaborative environment focused on real-world impact.

Responsibilities

• Work with various team members and departments to contribute to ongoing projects incl. participation in brainstorming sessions, research, and analysis.
• Conduct research on specific topics incl. gathering data, analyzing trends, and providing insights.
• Support to create and maintain reports, presentations, and other documentation.
• Observe and learn from experienced professionals through shadowing colleagues to gain insights into day‑to‑day tasks and industry practices.
• Attend meetings and workshops to engage in discussions and take minutes and notes.

About the Role

The primary focus of Co‑op is to acquire hands‑on / practical experience related to a specific field.

Base Pay

• $22.66 Per hour 1st Term
• $23.18 Per Hour 2nd Term
• $23.69 Per Hour 3rd Term

Housing Stipend

• $1,000.00 net at the start of each semester with a signed lease
• $750.00 net each month while actively employed as a Co‑op

Other Benefits/Perks

• Paid Holidays after 90 days (2nd Term)
