Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years in design and analysis of engineered systems.
• 4+ years in a supervisory role leading a team of engineers.
• Bachelor’s degree; professional engineering registration required.
• Advanced degree and additional credentials strongly desired.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain engineering policies, standards, procedures, and design practices.
• Ensure compliance with codes, regulations, quality requirements, and client expectations.
• Provide technical guidance and support to engineering staff.
• Assist with business development and proposal generation.
• Supervise, train, and mentor engineering team members.
