Qualifications

• Proficiency with Javelin or iStruct software preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction industry concepts and practices.
• 46 years of related experience and/or training is required.
• 46 years of related experience and/or training (or equivalent combination).
• Professional work ethic and enthusiasm.
• Competence in basic mathematics, geometry, and trigonometry.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural plans.
• Produce accurate and timely drawings from blueprints provided by customers.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and problem-solve design challenges.
• Finalize designs for production and assembly.
• Evaluate drawings to ensure compliance with design standards.
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
• Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook efficiently.
