Job summary
Waldorf Astoria Beverly Hills is seeking an Engineer to join the property's Engineering Team. This Forbes 5-Star, AAA 5-Diamond hotel features 170 rooms and multiple F&B outlets, with a focus on maintaining luxury standards and operational excellence across facilities.
As an Engineer, you will perform maintenance across carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and masonry, ensuring safety and reliability of all hotel systems while delivering exceptional guest experiences consistent with Hilton's
Responsibilities
- Maintain hotel facilities: Ensure physical functionality and safety of the property, including guest rooms, public spaces, and heart-of-house areas
- Respond to service requests: Quickly handle guest calls and team member work orders
- Perform a variety of maintenance tasks: Conduct repairs and maintenance across carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and masonry
- Conduct preventive maintenance inspections: Regularly inspect facilities and equipment to identify and address preventive maintenance needs
- Document maintenance activities: Record completed inspections and repairs and flag any issues requiring further attention
