The Senior Engineer, Inverters supports the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of inverter and power conversion system (PCS) equipment across ENGIE's utility-scale solar and battery energy storage portfolio in the United States. In this role, you will analyze equipment performance, troubleshoot technical issues, investigate failures, and help identify solutions that improve asset availability and reliability. You'll collaborate with Operations, Engineering, OEMs, and service providers to resolve equipment challenges and support ongoing performance optimization efforts. The position also contributes to inverter technology evaluations, project design and commissioning reviews, and operational readiness activities to help incorporate lessons learned into future projects.
Salary Range: $102,000 - $156,000 USD annually
This represents the average expected pay range for a qualified candidate.
ENGIE complies with all federal, state, and local minimum wage laws. Actual salary offered may vary depending on geography, experience, education, internal pay alignment, or other bona fide factors.
In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for a competitive bonus / incentive plan.
