Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field preferred.
• 2 years minimum of Quality Engineering experience or related field.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel (pivot tables, charts, data manipulation).
• Working knowledge of SAP, Business Objects, or comparable ERP/reporting tools.

• Prepare, analyze, and communicate recurring quality and compliance data using SAP/BO/Excel to support reviews and leadership decisions.
• Serve as divisional subject matter lead for SAP quality-related processes, system access, SharePoint administration, and digital workflow support.
• Identify and coordinate process improvement initiatives to boost efficiency, strengthen compliance, and improve quality across the division.
• Support core Quality Engineering duties, audit readiness, and coordinate division-level inputs for headcount and operating budgets.

Job Purpose

The purpose of this role is to support the company’s quality, compliance, and operational performance objectives by combining Quality Engineering expertise with Industrial Engineering methods, data analytics, SAP/business systems administration, financial coordination, and process improvement leadership to enable effective decision-making, maintain regulatory and internal compliance, and drive continuous improvement across the division.

Job Purpose

The purpose of this role is to support the company’s quality, compliance, and operational performance objectives by combining Quality Engineering expertise with Industrial Engineering methods, data analytics, SAP/business systems administration, financial coordination, and process improvement leadership to enable effective decision-making, maintain regulatory and internal compliance, and drive continuous improvement across the division.

Key Accountabilities

• Prepare, analyze, and communicate recurring quality and compliance data using tool such as SAP, Business Objects, Excel, and standard presentation formats to support business reviews, leadership decision-making, and corrective action management.
• Serve as a divisional subject matter lead for SAP quality-related processes, system access, SharePoint administration, and digital workflow support to ensure effective use of business systems and compliance with role-based access controls.
• Identify, generate, coordinate, and support process improvement initiatives that improve efficiency, reduce waste, strengthen compliance, and enhance quality performance across the division.
• Support core Quality Engineering duties, support audit readiness, lead or participate in audits, and coordinate division-level business planning inputs related to headcount, operating expense, and capital expense needs.

Qualifications, Experience, And Skills

• Minimum Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in engineering or other related field of study preferred
• Minimum Experience :2 years’ minimum of Quality Engineering experience or other related field
• Other Job-Specific Skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, with emphasis on Excel, including pivot tables formulas, charts, and data manipulation
• Working knowledge of SAP, Business Objects, or comparable ERP/reporting tools
• strongly preferred
• Ability to interpret quality data and communicate trends clearly

• Ability to provide reliable, complete, and timely reports for quality, compliance, corrective action, financial planning, and leadership review activities.
• Effectiveness in tracking, communicating, and supporting closure of overdue corrective actions and compliance-related issues.
• Contribution to improved efficiency, compliance, cost control, and operational effectiveness through projects, system improvements, and cross-functional coordination.

Working Conditions

• Incumbents may be routinely exposed to equipment operational noise heat-cold-dust, and/or aircraft equipment, parts, or fuel odors.
