In this vital role you will provide technical engineering support to continuous daily operations by performing troubleshooting activities, process optimization strategies, upgrades, replacements, and modifications to the process or equipment in the manufacturing operations. Ensure that all operations are accomplished in a compliant manner consistent with current corporate policies, industry standards, and applicable regulatory requirements. This role will support non-standard shift manufacturing operations that may nights and weekends. Provide solutions to technical problems of moderate scope and complexity. Apply standard engineering techniques, principles, and procedures under general supervision; seek guidance for atypical challenges. Perform assignments with clear objectives, investigating a limited number of variables. Serve as a technical resource for process, equipment, and systems during troubleshooting and cross-functional discussions. Engage in daily operations as needed to meet schedules or resolve complex issues. Monitor manufacturing processes, identify performance trends, and provide troubleshooting support. Collaborate with manufacturing, maintenance, process development, utilities, facilities, QA, and validation teams to recommend and implement process or system improvements. Support manufacturing and quality systems, including deviations, equipment qualification, process validation, procedures, training, and new product introductions. Apply scientific, operational, and compliance knowledge to support manufacturing activities. Analyze and interpret data to address operational issues or support engineering projects. Contribute to the design and implementation of system modifications, experiments, and capital projects using basic engineering principles.
