Job summary

Tallgrass is seeking a design engineering professional to provide design engineering and scope development for facility/capacity expansions in support of business development for pipelines and assets. You will support Operations Control Center and Field Operations, identifying hydraulic optimization efficiencies and reliability analyses.

This role involves coordinating transportation capacity across interstate pipeline systems in line with tariffs and business objectives.

Job description

Primary purpose:

To provide design engineering and scope development for facility/capacity expansions in support of business development objectives for the Tallgrass gas/oil pipelines and other associated assets. Provide engineering support for the Operations Control Center (OCC) and Field Operations which includes identifying hydraulic optimization efficiencies, reliability analysis, and operational troubleshooting. Coordinate transportation capacity on multiple interstate pipeline systems consistent with business objectives and governing tariffs.
