organization is seeking a highly technical and business-oriented Sr. Engineer – Performance Management Platforms to lead evolution of Carlyle's Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) ecosystem.This Sr. Engineer will own Carlyle's OneStream SaaS platform and drive the modernization of financial technology through cloud adoption, AI-enabled solutions, enterprise integrations, and engineering excellence.The ideal candidate combines deep OneStream SaaS expertise with strong engineering leadership, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and the ability to rapidly prototype and deploy innovative business solutions using AI and modern cloud technologies.This role will lead a team of internal and external consultants that have been supporting OneStream for over 5+ years while partnering closely with Finance, FP&A, Tax, Treasury, Internal Audit, Infrastructure, Security, Product Owners, and executive leadership.**In-Office Requirement: 4 days per week in office****Primary Responsibilities****Platform Strategy & Ownership*** Own the overall roadmap for Carlyle's OneStream Cloud platform.* Evaluate and implement new OneStream capabilities including Genesis, AI Studio,
