Requirements: For Engineer level, a STEM bachelor's degree and at least two years of aerospace structural design experience are required; Principal Engineer candidates need a STEM bachelor's degree with at least five years, a master's degree with three years, or a PhD with one year of related experience. Both levels require experience in electrical design of air vehicle systems and the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret clearance and SAP clearance.
