Job summary

Judit Inc. seeks a technically skilled supervisory professional to plan, develop, coordinate, and direct projects with complex features in the nuclear operations domain.

You will apply extensive knowledge of nuclear operations, make independent decisions on complex problems, and supervise staff to meet project timelines while coordinating with upper management. On-call rotations and shifts may be required, with travel to field locations as needed.

Qualifications

  • Two year engineering technical degree or bachelor’s degree is desirable.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain unescorted nuclear plant access and S-3 and S-4 medical qualifications when applicable.
  • Must be able and willing to assume “on-call” rotational assignments which may include 24 hour-a-day, 7 day-a-week availability.
  • Must be willing and medically able to work rotating shifts and maximum overtime permitted by TVAN procedures during peak periods.
  • Must be able and willing to travel to plant locations as required when performing assigned tasks and, as necessary, to be temporarily assigned to a field location.

  • Demonstrates working knowledge in technical areas achieved and as described on performance appraisal.
  • Demonstrates excellent communication skills: give clear direction, negotiation skills, ability to confront difficult and adverse situations.
  • Demonstrates ability to communicate and interface with higher levels of management.
  • Demonstrated supervisory skills: planning, scheduling, budget development and maintenance.
