AVANGRID MANAGEMENT COMPANY, LLC. seeks an Engineer – Network to design, implement, and maintain enterprise network systems across campus, WAN, and cloud environments. You will support Fortinet SD‑WAN deployments, monitor performance, and troubleshoot issues to ensure secure, scalable connectivity.

The role reports to the Sr. Manager – Infrastructure, Tech & Ops and requires a 2+ year background in network engineering, with a Bachelor’s in CS/IS or related field.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS or related field with 2+ years of network engineering experience
• Experience in campus/WAN/data center networks
• Knowledge of BGP, OSPF, VLANs, and L2/L3 concepts
• Familiarity with Fortinet SD‑WAN and firewalls; VPN basics (IPSec/SSL)

Responsibilities

• Supports implementation and maintenance of enterprise network solutions (LAN, WAN, wireless, cloud) across campus, WAN, and cloud environments
• Assists in Fortinet SD‑WAN deployments, configuration, and operations
• Monitors network performance; supports capacity planning and service improvements
• Troubleshoots network issues across switching, routing, and connectivity domains
• Documents configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps
• Collaborates with Network Engineering, Security, Voice, and Infrastructure teams on operations and upgrades

Works under general direction to support network engineering initiatives across campus, WAN, and cloud environments.
