Job summary

ProSync is seeking an Engineer IV to support U.S. Navy programs, providing engineering support to a Navy customer for system development, analysis, documentation, and testing. The role advances modernization and sustainment activities across naval mission areas.

The Senior Engineer IV will lead studies, produce technical artifacts, oversee test planning, and mentor teams, requiring 10+ years in engineering and experience with DoD environments. A minimum Secret clearance is required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of engineering experience in DoD or Navy environments.
• Secret level security clearance or higher required to be considered.
• Master's degree in Engineering or related field is required.

Responsibilities

This role supports technical teams working on modernization and sustainment activities across naval mission areas.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Engineer IV serves as a senior technical leader supporting engineering, modernization, and sustainment activities for a U.S. Navy customer.

Performs one or a combination of such typical duties as:

• Lead complex engineering studies and assessments.
• Develop senior-level technical artifacts and engineering documentation.
• Oversee test planning, design reviews, and technical evaluation.
• Provide subject matter expertise to Navy stakeholders.
• Mentor engineering teams and support technical decision-making.

• 10+ years of engineering experience.
• Experience supporting DoD or Navy technical environments.

• A minimum Secret security clearance or higher is required to be considered for this position.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• A Master's degree in Engineering or related field is required.
