Industrial Engineer II Woodward’s Industrial Product Division in Fort Collins, Colorado is seeking an Industrial Engineer II to support manufacturing operations through mechanical design and the development of repeatable engineering practices for automated systems. This role combines hands‑on machine design with responsibility for improving mechanical design standards, documentation, and team capability. The Industrial Engineer II will develop machine concepts, mechanical designs, bills of material, and supporting documentation for automation projects while also helping define the mechanical design process used within the department. The role works closely with controls engineers, programmers, electrical designers, manufacturing team members, and operations leaders to develop automation solutions that improve production flow, equipment performance, operator efficiency, and manufacturability. In addition to executing design work, this position is expected to help mentor newer engineers, share technical knowledge, and support the growth of consistent design practices across the team.
Estimated annual base pay: $77,000.to $105,000 All members are included in the annual cash bonus opportunity.
