Ezee Fiber is seeking an Engineer II, OSP Engineering, to design, document, and implement outside plant telecommunications infrastructure across field and office settings. The Engineer II, OSP Engineering, is responsible for the design, documentation, and implementation of outside plant (OSP) telecommunications infrastructure. This mid-level role includes both field and office responsibilities, supporting network expansion, upgrades, and maintenance for fiber and copper networks. The engineer will collaborate closely with construction, permitting, GIS, and network planning teams to deliver scalable, high-quality OSP designs that meet project deadlines and compliance standards.
Education and Experience Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Telecommunication, or equivalent work experience. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Outside Plant (OSP) engineering experience (fiber preferred).

The associate is regularly required to move about the office and around the corporate campus. The associate must frequently move up to 10 pounds and occasionally move up to 25 pounds.
Standard travel to assigned territories is required for this position (up to 20% of the time within a 10-mile radius).
